Mark H. Oppenheimer

Mark H. Oppenheimer is a Partner in Dentons' Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice, specialising in Estate Planning. He focuses on business succession, charitable planning, estate planning and estate administration for individuals, families and businesses.

Mark helps clients transition family businesses by using non-qualified plans, buy/sell agreements and other techniques to provide for smooth business succession. He counsels on business continuity matters, including reorganisations or recapitalisations of business interests, the use of life insurance for buy‑out or retirement purposes, and the transfer of business wealth through planned giving. He develops and implements plans for the preservation of family harmony and wealth, including the creative use of life insurance and charitable giving, and the preparation of tax‑efficient wills and trusts.

Mark holds a J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and a BSBA from the University of Florida.
