Samantha Peters

Samantha Peters is Of Counsel in Dentons' Commercial Litigation practice, specialising in Commercial Litigation. She focuses on products liability litigation, mass-tort and toxic-tort matters, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout New England and beyond across industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter drugs and consumer products.

Samantha has extensive experience defending high-stakes cases, including representing retailers in asbestos contamination litigation, obtaining a precedential summary judgment decision in Massachusetts regarding retailer duties related to talcum powder sales. She also maintains a broad commercial litigation practice encompassing contract disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, antitrust issues, construction claims and cryptocurrency disputes, aligning legal strategies with client business objectives and risk mitigation.

Samantha holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (2019) and a B.A. in Politics and Law from Bryant University (2016). She has been selected to Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2023–2025), New England Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2026), and Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" for Product Liability Litigation (2025).
