Nicole Thrun

Nicole Thrun is an Associate in Dentons' Litigation and Global Compliance and Investigations practice groups, specialising in White Collar Crime. She represents clients in government and internal investigations, global compliance matters, complex insurance coverage disputes, and white collar defence.

Nicole has conducted high-stakes global internal investigations into allegations of conflicts of interest, national security concerns, improper business practices, self-dealing, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws. She has held key roles on the ground in complex, multi‑jurisdictional internal investigations across the Asia‑Pacific region and the Middle East, from conducting targeted research and document review to preparing investigative summaries and supporting witness interviews.

Nicole holds a J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as Managing Editor for the George Washington International Law Review and was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. She also holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama. She joined Dentons as a summer associate in 2022.
