Natalie Hoeper

Natalie Hoeper is a Partner and a member of Dentons' Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice, advising clients ranging from early-stage startups to large-scale international corporations, including friends-and-family round entrepreneurs and some of the largest global brands in the world. Her primary practice area is Technology Law.

She represents clients in a range of sectors including technology, software, telecommunications, fintech, medtech, ecommerce, retail and consumer products, fashion, entertainment and social media, advising them on commercial transactions, data privacy and intellectual property.

She assists clients on commercial contracts, technology, licensing and content distribution agreements; IT, SaaS/software and vendor agreements; and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. She has experience drafting and advising on IP mergers, acquisitions, investments, and agreements with customers, contractors, developers, manufacturers, suppliers and other technology partners.

Prior to joining Dentons, she was Senior Corporate Counsel at Red Ventures, where she worked closely with business clients and was an advisor to senior leadership in establishing and maximising strategic commercial relationships across a diverse portfolio of digital brands and companies.

She holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School (2012) and a BA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison (2009).
