Evelyn Yu

Evelyn Yu is an Associate in the Corporate group at Dentons in New York, whose practice centers on commercial and technology transactions. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including master services, procurement, reseller, distribution, development, licensing, strategic partnership, and information technology and business process outsourcing arrangements. Her work also includes counseling clients on cryptocurrency and digital asset matters, including commercial arrangements involving blockchain-based technologies, products, and services.

Her practice spans the needs of technology-driven businesses across industries, with experience in SaaS, cloud computing, software licensing, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other emerging technologies.
