Natalie Beshock

Natalie Beshock is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate and Intellectual Property and Technology groups, focusing on patent and trademark prosecution, global portfolio management, and IP-related transactions.

She assists clients with drafting and responding to cease-and-desist letters, negotiating IP settlement agreements, and conducting trademark clearance searches. She represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) in opposition and cancellation proceedings and handles international trademark disputes. Her transactional IP experience includes conducting diligence for M&A transactions, assisting with the assignment and licensing of global trademark portfolios, and advising on design patents and IP acquisitions. Notable matters include representing Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. on IP diligence in its US$177 million carve-out sale, serving as IP counsel for OrthoPediatrics Corp in its US$22 million acquisition, and managing a global trademark portfolio assignment for a publicly-traded commercial REIT.

Natalie holds a J.D., summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2023) and a B.S., summa cum laude in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (2019). She is a registered Patent Attorney (Reg. No. 82679, 2024).
