Lexi N. Weber

Lexi N. Weber is an Associate at Dentons in the Employment and Labor group, specializing in Employment Law.

Lexi focuses her practice on defending companies in complex employment litigation, including discrimination and harassment claims, whistleblower complaints, and disputes involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets. In addition to her litigation work, she provides proactive counseling on compliance and workforce management, guiding employers through terminations, accommodations, leave issues, employee handbooks, and internal investigations.

She holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law (2023) and a B.A., with distinction, from the University of Virginia (2020). Prior to joining Dentons, Lexi served as an associate at a global law firm and as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward G. Smith and the Honorable José R. Arteaga in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
