Ken holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School (1988), where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Managing Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review, an M.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia (1985), and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Virginia (1983).
