Katherine Daw

Katherine Daw is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Global Compliance and Investigations and US Competition and Antitrust practice groups, specializing in anti-corruption and antitrust law. She supports clients on white collar internal and government investigations, antitrust counseling, private antitrust litigation, and enforcement actions.

She has broad experience at all stages of investigations, from initial planning and document review to witness interviews, disclosure meetings with U.S. government agencies, and designing remedial measures for internal controls and compliance programs. Notable matters include serving as in-house counsel to a Fortune 20 company supporting global expansion across 25 countries, representing a cryptocurrency and blockchain technology company in a multi-agency investigation, and conducting internal investigations for clients in the energy, construction, manufacturing, and transportation sectors. She has also advised on FCPA investigations, antitrust class actions, and HSR filings, and assisted clients before the Surface Transportation Board.

Katherine holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (2020) and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University (2017). She also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Hansard Society Scholar (2016).

She is recognized by The Legal 500 for Rail and road litigation and regulation (2026) and was a 2025 Bar Association of the District of Columbia Young Lawyer of the Year awardee.
