Joshua A. Hajek

Joshua A. Hajek is a Shareholder and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate practice groups at Dentons in Naples, Florida, focusing on complex business litigation, insurance coverage, real estate and construction litigation, shareholder and member disputes, business torts, contractual disputes, and non-compete and employment disputes.

He has represented homeowners, condominium associations, businesses and individuals in a variety of insurance-related claims, successfully handling numerous property damage claims against insurance companies arising from Hurricanes Charley, Wilma and Irma, including negotiating several multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients. More recently, he has shifted his focus to representing insurers, including defending numerous business interruption claims arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Josh holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law (1999) and a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1994).

He is selected to The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation (2025). He is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Thomas S. Biggs Section of the American Inns of Court, and serves as a Director of the Wilshire Pines II Condominium Association.
