Jason Hunter Korn

Jason Hunter Korn is a Shareholder and the Managing Shareholder of Dentons' Florida office, focusing on complex business litigation, construction law and litigation, commercial and civil litigation, and estate and trust litigation. He is a member of the firm's Oversight and Executive Committee, Compensation Committee, and Dentons Global Advisory Committee.

He has over 30 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of matters, including transactional disputes, business torts, commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, products liability, and estate and trust litigation, representing both public and privately held businesses, closely held companies, and high-net-worth individuals. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Construction and has been named "Lawyer of the Year" multiple times for Litigation – Construction. He also serves as Chair of The Florida Bar's Professional Ethics Committee (2024–2025) and is the Chief Judge's at-large designee on the Twentieth Judicial Circuit's Professionalism Committee.

Jason holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law (1991) and a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Michigan (1988).

He is active in the business community, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce (2026–2028) and as a board member of Gulfshore Playhouse, where he chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee. He is a recipient of the Collier County Bar Association's Donald Van Koughnet "Lion of the Law" Award (2022) and was named to Naples Illustrated's "The Naples 100" in 2026, recognizing Collier County's Most Influential Business Leaders.
