Jeffrey A. Bush

Jeffrey A. Bush is Of Counsel in Dentons' Corporate practice, advising businesses across industries on matters including securities law, contracts and corporate governance.

He assists clients with SEC disclosure and filing requirements, particularly in the broker-dealer and investment advisor industries, and helps establish compliance programs, conduct internal investigations, and respond to government inquiries. He previously served as Chief Deputy Commissioner in the Indiana Secretary of State Securities Division, where he helped draft the Indiana Securities Act and Indiana Uniform Securities Act. He also advises on corporate stock transactions, securities offerings (public and private), and employee stock ownership plans. Prior to joining Dentons, he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for an investment advisory firm.

Jeff holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law (2004), a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School (2003), and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Calvin College (2000).
