Jasmine Reed

Jasmine Reed is Counsel at Dentons, practicing in the Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice, specializing in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. Her practice encompasses commercial bankruptcy, creditors' rights, insolvency matters, and complex commercial litigation.

Jasmine has represented a diverse array of clients across a wide range of industries. She has served as in-house counsel for a major transportation corporation, represented a medical provider as debtor in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, and acted for global manufacturing, oil and gas, hospitality, and automotive clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes. She has obtained favorable decisions on novel statute of limitations defenses, defense verdicts in breach of contract cases, and favorable arbitration decisions. She began her career clerking in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

She holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law (2014) and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (2011). She is a member of the American Bar Association.
