Jae K. Park

Jae K. Park is the Office Managing Partner of Dentons' San Diego office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He represents clients in high-stakes disputes over complex real estate development projects and commercial transactions, and regularly serves as outside general counsel to clients, particularly those headquartered outside the United States.

Jae has substantial experience in construction and commercial litigation, representing owners, contractors, suppliers, public agencies and financial institutions in disputes involving delay, disruption, differing site conditions, change orders, breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition and theft of trade secrets. His matters have included major infrastructure and energy projects such as dams, water storage facilities, highways and power plants. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums across the country.

Jae holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

He is recognised by The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation (2024–present) and listed by The Legal 500 (2022). He received the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Attorney of the Year award (2017) and Casa Cornelia Law Center's Attorney of the Year award (2016) for his pro bono work representing refugees fleeing political and religious persecution.
