Hunter F. Dominick is an Associate in Dentons' Commercial Litigation group, resident in the New York office. His primary practice area is Commercial Litigation.

His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing both individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants across a number of different industries and in a variety of disputes, including class actions and international arbitration.

He originally joined Dentons in June 2024 as a summer associate. He received his JD magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law. During his time in law school, he served as an Articles and Notes editor for the Fordham Law Review and Associate Mulligan Editor for the Fordham Moot Court Board. He was formerly an intern for the German Bundestag in Berlin.

His representative experience includes defending a foreign energy company in an AAA international arbitration against a joint venture partner in a dispute about the operation of their mine; defending an insurance client against class action certification concerning California anti-lapse statutes; representing a consulting firm in an action to enforce an indemnity clause for expenses arising out of a congressional investigation; and, on a pro bono basis, representing a New York City public school student who was wrongfully strip searched at school in a § 1983 action against police officers and school officials.

His recognition includes the Order of the Coif, the Guido R. Rahr '51 Award for Excellence in Geography, and the Pray Modern Language Prize in German Studies. He is the author of "Nondelegation and the Legislative Versus Administrative Exactions Divide: Why Legislatively Imposed Exactions Do Not Require a More Searching Standard of Review," 92 Fordham L. Rev. 2195 (2024), and coaches for the Justice Resource Center MENTOR Moot Court competition.

He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law (2025) and a BA from Dartmouth College (2020).
