Gregory (Greg) A. Neibarger

Gregory A. Neibarger is a Partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice, based in the Indianapolis office. He serves as Co-Chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group and leads the Unfair Competitive Business Practices Team, handling complex commercial disputes including trust and estate litigation, securities and corporate governance disputes, class action defense, trade secret matters, restrictive covenant disputes, and antitrust litigation across federal and state trial and appellate courts.

Mr. Neibarger has represented banks and financial institutions in matters involving business and consumer deposit accounts, overdraft fees, arbitration, and class action waivers. His significant representations include securing a $1.6 million jury verdict on a breach of fiduciary duty claim, obtaining summary judgment for a financial institution in a fraudulently endorsed check case, and defending solar development projects against zoning and appellate challenges. He also arbitrates disputes in domestic and international tribunals.

Greg holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (1999), where he was an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review, and a B.S. in Atmospheric Science from the University of Missouri (1996).
