Bri (Briana) Clark

Bri Clark is a Partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation group, based in the Indianapolis office. She concentrates her practice on business disputes, including bet-the-company litigation, intellectual property litigation, healthcare litigation, trust and estate litigation, real estate litigation, and appellate litigation. She also has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

Ms. Clark has represented healthcare insurers in complex coverage disputes, reimbursement issues, and regulatory compliance matters. She has secured significant trial victories, including a complete defense verdict in a patent violation case where the plaintiff sought approximately $200 million, and a $1.6 million jury verdict for a client on a breach of fiduciary duty claim. She has also obtained summary judgments and arbitration awards across a range of commercial disputes.

Bri is consistently recognized by her peers, having been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers (including Rising Stars 2010-2021), The Best Lawyers in America in Commercial Litigation (2019-2027), and the Benchmark Litigation "Under 40 Hot List" (2020-2023). She served as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow (2018) and is President of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation (2025).

She holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2007), where she was Chief of the Moot Court Board, and a B.S. in Business and Marketing from Indiana University (2004). A former professional cyclist and multi-time collegiate national champion, she remains active in the cycling community and various bar associations.
