Felix Mehler

Felix Mehler is a Shareholder in Dentons Cohen & Grigsby's Naples office, focusing on advising foreign entities and individuals on relocating to and doing business in the United States. He is a member of the Corporate Group, counseling clients on general contract and corporate matters, business formation, acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate and immigration issues.

He represents a wide range of domestic and foreign clients across industries including manufacturing, consumer products and service-based industries, and works regularly with individuals and family offices on U.S. investments. Notable transactions include advising on the $60 million acquisition of a German equipment manufacturer, a $7.5 million sale of a veterinary hospital to a national operator, and a $4 million acquisition of a consulting business. He also assists with international litigation and enforcement matters, particularly involving German clients.

Felix holds a law degree from the University of Augsburg (1999), an LL.M., summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2002), and a J.D., cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2008). He is fluent in German and licensed to practice law in Germany (Rechtsanwalt, 2001), New York (2003) and Florida (2009).

He is a member of the Florida State Bar Association, the Munich Bar Association, and the German-American Lawyers Association. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Child's Path and as Board Member of the German American Business Chamber of South Florida.
