Emily D. Steeb

Emily D. Steeb is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Chicago office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on advising insurance industry stakeholders in and out of court at the state and federal levels. She has successfully defended complex coverage disputes and bad-faith claims, and has extensive experience guiding clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations and trial.

Her experience spans strategic analysis, document preparation, witness procurement, deposition handling, motion briefing, oral arguments, mediation, and settlement negotiations. She also has significant experience representing clients in product liability and state and local tax litigation, and has been instrumental in bellwether trial teams, preparing experts and corporate representatives for trial.

Emily holds a J.D., cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2015) and a B.S., with distinction from Purdue University (2012).
