Elizabeth Lampert Craycraft

Elizabeth Lampert Craycraft is a Senior Managing Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises businesses from small, closely held private companies to large publicly traded entities on both the sell‑side and buy‑side of transactions, as well as financing and general corporate matters.

Elizabeth has been involved in numerous significant M&A and financing transactions, including serving as lead counsel in German American Bancorp, Inc.'s merger with Heartland BancCorp (approximately US$1.9 billion in assets); advising OrthoPediatrics Corp. on a US$100 million private financing, an $80 million credit facility, and its $22 million acquisition of Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics; representing INdigital in its acquisition by Novacap; advising a national lessor of waste compactor equipment in its acquisition by a national compactor rental company; and representing OFS Brands, Inc. in a $20 million acquisition of Room, Inc. She also represents borrowers and lenders across healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and other industries, and advises on compliance and business organization matters.

Elizabeth holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2019), where she was a member of Order of the Coif, and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky (2016). She has been named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Corporate Law (2026).
