Colleen B. Parga

Colleen B. Parga is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Commercial Litigation group, specialising in Employment Law. She assists clients in a variety of business matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on management-side employment law and data privacy litigation.

Colleen has broad experience in employment matters, including cases involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, state and federal wage and hour laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She also counsels and represents clients in restrictive covenant disputes and has experience in securities and investment litigation, including representing financial institutions in FINRA arbitration proceedings. In her data privacy practice, she defends clients in data breach class actions and represents them in state and federal regulatory investigations, advising on compliance obligations and incident response planning.

Colleen holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she gained experience through the Vanderbilt Immigration Clinic, and a B.A. in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of California, Davis. She is a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder Program (Class of 2026).
