Charles F. Wolf

Charles F. Wolf is a Counsel in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, based in Miami, focusing on commercial litigation, products liability, and maritime matters.

He represents manufacturers, retailers and dealers in the recreational marine industry, handling marine warranty claims, product liability actions, and regulatory matters before the US Coast Guard and other authorities. He also has extensive experience in admiralty proceedings, including vessel arrests. In his commercial litigation practice, he represents clients across real estate, hospitality and transportation industries in contract disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practices, FTC-related matters, and personal injury defense. He has secured favorable trial verdicts, including for a restaurant franchisee in a franchise agreement dispute, and regularly appears in federal and state courts nationwide through all stages of litigation and appeal.

Charles holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School (2011) and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania (2007). He previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard W. Goldberg of the US Court of International Trade.
