Brittany A. Lim

Brittany A. Lim is a Senior Managing Associate in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the Los Angeles office. She advises clients on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on tax-advantaged investments and affordable housing developments.

Ms. Lim primarily counsels financial institutions, investors, and syndicators in both direct and syndicated tax-advantaged affordable housing transactions, and has extensive experience advising tenants, landlords, lenders, and developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing, and development of commercial properties. She drafts, reviews, and negotiates legal documents including partnership and operating agreements, financing and bond documents, regulatory agreements, development agreements, easements, leases, property management agreements, condominium documents, and purchase and sale agreements.

She holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law (2017) and a B.A., cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University (2014). She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in Real Estate Law (2023-2027).
