Benjamin P. Harbuck

Benjamin P. Harbuck is Counsel in Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology practice, based in the St. Louis office, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. He protects brands, focusing on trademark prosecution, agreements, and enforcement, as well as copyrights, design patents, and related areas, working with multinational and domestic clients across industries including airlines, mobile app developers, and gaming companies.

Mr. Harbuck handles TTAB proceedings, federal litigation, enforcement and cease and desist programs, UDRP proceedings, DMCA takedowns, and online complaints, and partners with clients on trademark clearance, USPTO and international filings, portfolio management, IP due diligence for M&A, and licensing and assignment agreements.

Ben holds a J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law with Highest Honors, First in Class, from Washington University School of Law (2011), where he served on the Executive Board of the Global Studies Law Review, and a B.S. from Columbia University (2008). He has been selected to the Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2015-2023) and received the Pro Bono Lawyer of the Month award from the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (October 2019).
