Abby Zeller

Abby Zeller is an Attorney in Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, focusing on trademark portfolio management and brand protection. She provides strategic counsel on global trademark portfolio management, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), comprehensive trademark searches, and responses to USPTO office actions.

She has experience advising clients in the fashion industry, including Calvin Klein and Tailored Brands, on trademark infringement, counterfeiting enforcement, and rebranding strategies following mergers. She has also worked with consumer goods companies focused on pet products, guiding them on product packaging, branding strategies and market visibility. Prior to joining Dentons, she was trademark counsel at a large St. Louis law firm.

Abby holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law (2016) and a B.S., cum laude, from Missouri State University (2010).
