William J. Kaiser Jr.

Bill (William) J. Kaiser Jr. is the Office Managing Partner for Dentons' Jasper office and Co‑Chair of the firm's national Corporate practice group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises private companies with revenues up to $1 billion on formations, M&A, joint ventures, economic development projects, and business-related matters.

Bill has led numerous significant transactions, including serving as lead counsel to Jasper Holdings in its acquisition of Jenkins Holdings, a leading residential plumbing contractor; representing German American Bancorp Inc. in its $330.2 million merger with Heartland BancCorp; and advising OFS Brands Inc. in a $20+ million acquisition of e‑commerce furniture company Room, Inc., including the early acquisition of the Room.com domain name. He also serves as lead counsel for the Mid‑States Corridor Regional Development Authority on a $1 billion highway improvement project, and has represented clients in the redevelopment of former manufacturing facilities, including securing Industrial Recovery Tax Credits for projects exceeding $40 million. His practice spans manufacturing, agriculture, finance, construction, logistics, and banking sectors.

Bill holds a J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (1990) and a B.A. from Wabash College (1987). He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
