Thomas Sung Won Yoon

Thomas Sung Won Yoon is a Managing Associate in the US Capital Markets practice, specialising in Capital Markets Law. He focuses on structured finance and securitization transactions, representing issuers, underwriters, lenders and mortgage servicers, with an emphasis on mortgage securitization and mortgage warehouse facilities.

Tom has served as issuer's and initial purchasers' counsel in the development and execution of a securitization program involving the issuance of US$186.4 million in securities backed by a fixed pool of participation interests in home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) originated by third parties.

Tom holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School (2017) and a B.A. from the University of Virginia (2014).
