Subha T. Tasnim

Subha T. Tasnim is a Managing Associate in the firm's Capital Markets Law practice, based in the New York office. She focuses on representing trustees, securities administrators, collateral administrators, collateral agents, calculation agents, paying agents, and custodians in matters involving whole business securitizations, aircraft securitizations, other asset-backed securitizations, and collateralized loan obligations.

Ms. Tasnim is a trained mediator with experience mediating live cases in Kings County civil court, small claims court, and external community dispute resolution centers. She is a diversity associate liaison for the Capital Markets practice group and a participant in the WomenLEAD committee and the US Women’s Pod Program.

She holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School (2022), where she coached and competed for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Society, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University at Albany (2019), with majors in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice. She is a recipient of the SUNY Chancellors Award for Student Excellence.
