Roman Tsibulevskiy

Roman Tsibulevskiy is a Counsel and registered patent attorney specializing in intellectual property law, with a focus on developing strategic patent solutions for technology-driven companies across software and electronics, medical devices, and industrial technologies.

His practice encompasses patent analysis, portfolio development, monetization and litigation, as well as due diligence in corporate transactions and adversarial proceedings before the USPTO.
