Reem Albudoor

Reem Albudoor is an Associate in Dentons' Employment and Labor group, resident in the San Diego office, focusing on representing and advising employers on a full spectrum of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.

Her litigation practice includes defending claims in state and federal courts, and she provides practical, business-focused guidance on employment agreements, severance agreements, employee policies and handbooks, and compliance strategies. She also advises and defends clients in matters involving website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act and digital privacy issues arising under the California Invasion of Privacy Act.

Reem holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law (2025), where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, served as Senior Notes Editor of the Michigan State Law Review, and received the First Place National Advocate award in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also holds a B.A. from the University of San Diego (2019).
