Paul Wallace

Paul Wallace is Of Counsel at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Health Care Law. He helps clients in health care law, real estate and business acquisitions, and estate planning and probate, representing family businesses, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Paul also has experience in business‑related disputes, including bankruptcy litigation, tariff litigation, appeals of agency determinations, real estate litigation, and environmental matters, and serves as an arbitrator in business, environmental, and complex disputes. He has practiced in Evansville for more than 40 years.

Paul holds a J.D., an M.B.A., and a B.S. in Accounting, all from Indiana University (1975, 1979). He is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

He is a Master Fellow of the Indiana State Bar Foundation and has served on various bar committees, including the Legal Ethics Committee, Aviation Law Committee, and the Business Law Section Council. He serves on the Board of Directors of St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
