Michael S. Malmborg

Michael S. Malmborg is a Shareholder at Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar, practicing in the Trust, Wills and Estate Planning group, specializing in Estate Planning. He represents individuals, families, business owners, charitable foundations, and business entities in complex legal matters, including tax and estate planning, asset transfer and preservation, probate, trust and estate administration, guardianship, business succession planning, and business transactions.

Michael has extensive experience advising on a wide variety of matters, including the sale and purchase of business interests and real estate interests. He is active in the legal community, serving as President of the Weber County Bar Association (2013–2014) and as a Judge Pro Tem for Weber and Davis County. He is a member of the Estate Planning Section of the Utah State Bar and serves on the boards of the Ogden Valley Land Trust and the Ogden Symphony Ballet Association Foundation.

He holds a J.D. from Brigham Young University (2006) and a B.S. in Accounting from Weber State University (2003). He is admitted to practice in Utah and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.

Michael has been named in Utah Business magazine's "Legal Elite" (2014, 2015) and as a Mountain States Super Lawyers "Rising Star."
