Mero R. Marmé

Mero R. Marmé is a Partner in Dentons' San Diego office, focusing on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing across sectors including retail, office, hospitality, multi-family, industrial and healthcare.

He represents both lenders and borrowers, with particular expertise in CMBS loans. A significant part of his practice involves representing REMIC trusts and loan servicers in connection with loan assumptions, modifications, preferred equity investments and transfers of interest, as well as complex revolving and term credit facilities.

He holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law (2014), where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego (2009).

He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Real Estate Law (2025) and as a San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Star (2018–2020, 2024). He serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Downtown San Diego Partnership.
