Mary E. Solada

Mary E. Solada is a Partner at Dentons, specializing in Real Estate Law with a focus on renewable energy law in Indiana. She has extensive experience in energy development, zoning and planning law, and government services, enabling her to navigate the complexities of renewable energy projects and guide clients on permitting, property tax modeling, incentives, and other matters.

Mary provides strategic guidance on governmental affairs and the renewable energy sector, including permitting and entitlement counsel for renewable energy developments, drafting and negotiating economic development agreements, and strategic real estate counsel on land acquisition, development, and disposition. She also serves as outside General Counsel to the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County.

Mary holds a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law (1982) and a B.S. in Finance with high distinction from Indiana University (1978). She is admitted to practice in Indiana and Florida.
