Lyndsey Wajert

Lyndsey Wajert is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Commercial Litigation practice group, resident in the firm's Chicago office, focusing on complex commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on media and entertainment, intellectual property and privacy.

Her work includes drafting substantive motions, managing discovery and advising clients on a wide range of legal issues. She also maintains a thriving pro bono practice and frequently writes about defamation and other media-related claims.

Lyndsey holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law (2019) and a B.A., magna cum laude, from The George Washington University (2012).

She serves as co-chair of the Women in Communications Law group within the ABA Forum on Communications Law, is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee for the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), and serves on the Associate Board of Gilda's Club Chicago.
