Linda Pfatteicher

Linda Pfatteicher is a Partner and Head of Tax, specialising in Tax Advisory Law. She focuses on international corporate tax and operational structuring, including global expansion, transfer pricing strategy, supply chain restructurings, intangible property planning, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and tax controversies.

Linda regularly advises clients in the automotive, technology, cryptocurrency, medical device, entertainment software, manufacturing, oil and gas, and venture fund sectors. She has structured acquisitions, integrated supply chains, rationalised legal entities, and advised on cross‑border financing to ensure efficient compliance with both US and non‑US requirements. She has negotiated tax rulings for clients in the Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland, and works closely with the Public Policy team on evolving tax policy issues affecting multinationals. Prior to joining Dentons, she was a partner at an international law firm and has also worked at a Big Four accounting firm.

Linda holds an LL.M. with distinction from Georgetown University (1996), a J.D. from New England School of Law (1995), and a B.A. from Simmons College (1992).

She is recognised as a Highly Regarded practitioner for General Corporate Tax and a Women in Tax Leader by International Tax Review World Tax, and has been named to the San Francisco Business Times list of "The Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business."
