Lauren C. Hadburg

Lauren C. Hadburg is Counsel in the firm's Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group, based in the Pittsburgh office. She focuses on representing individuals, families, and closely held businesses in tax and estates and trusts-related matters, including preparing complex estate planning documents, administering estates and trusts throughout Pennsylvania, and preparing Federal gift tax returns, Federal estate tax returns, and Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns.

Ms. Hadburg prepares Wills, Codicils, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Amendments, as well as Operating Agreements and other general corporate documents. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced elder law at another Pittsburgh-area law firm and served as a senior tax analyst at a regional CPA firm headquartered in Pittsburgh.

Lauren holds a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law (2011) and a B.S. in Psychology and Urban Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh (2008). She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and was a 2016 nominee for Pittsburgh's 50 Finest by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
