Kyler Womack

Kyler Womack is an Associate in Dentons' Kansas City office, focusing on insurance coverage litigation and advising insurers on their duties to defend and indemnify policyholders in complex litigation. He specializes in defending bad faith suits and declaratory judgment actions related to insurance coverage and extracontractual matters.

He provides comprehensive litigation support across case strategy development, legal research and analysis, motion and brief drafting, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. He also has significant experience in personal injury, premises liability, and financial services litigation involving claims in the trucking, construction, automobile, and financing and lending industries.

Kyler holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law (2023), where he served as an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy and was a legal intern at the Kansas Court of Appeals.
