Kristina Grimaldi is an Associate in Dentons' Cannabis practice, based in Portland, Maine, focusing on regulatory compliance, state licensure, and corporate matters for emerging and established cannabis businesses.

She assists clients in navigating the evolving regulations around the cannabis industry, including state licensure applications, compliance with regulatory frameworks, policy development, and general corporate governance. While in law school, she served as a Policy Intern at the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy, where she focused on research related to emerging issues in the adult-use market.
