Kristian Brittany Garibay

Kristian Brittany Garibay is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' White Collar and Government Investigations practice, focusing on compliance, government and internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense.

She represents companies and individuals in a variety of white collar matters, including corporate compliance, internal investigations, and defense against government enforcement actions. Prior to joining Dentons, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Stephen M. McNamee of the US District Court for the District of Arizona and previously clerked in the US Attorney's Office in Tucson and the Pima County Public Defender's Office, gaining experience on civil and criminal cases involving federal and state statutes including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Controlled Substances Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Kristian holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law (2019), where she served as an Articles Editor of the Arizona Law Review, and a B.A. from the University of Arizona (2015).

She is recognised by Best Lawyers (2026), Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Star (2025–2026), and The Legal 500 for Corporate Investigations and White-Collar Criminal Defense (2025). She serves as Vice President of the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association and is a member of the Women's White Collar Defense Association Phoenix chapter.
