Kristen Wagner

Kristen Wagner is an Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group, specializing in Estate Planning. She represents individuals, families, and closely held businesses in tax, estate, and trust matters, preparing complex estate planning documents including trusts, wills, codicils, powers of attorney, and living wills for high‑net‑worth individuals.

Kristen also advises on gift and estate tax planning, charitable giving, irrevocable trusts, and business succession planning. She holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she received the David R. Bookstaver Award for excellence in property transfer and served as Executive Editor of the Online Edition of the Law Review.
