Kimberly K. Paster

Kimberly K. Paster is a Counsel in Dentons' Real Estate practice and a key member of the firm's Tax Advantaged Investing practice, advising clients on complex transactional tax, finance, and real estate matters, with a strategic focus on projects that qualify for federal and state low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and renewable energy credits.

Her practice is centered on structuring and executing innovative real estate transactions that unlock the value of tax incentives to advance affordable housing, historic preservation, and sustainable development. She advises developers, investors, and financial institutions navigating the intricacies of tax-advantaged investments. Prior to joining Dentons, she served as counsel at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP, one of the nation's largest affordable housing syndicators, where she provided support to asset management, capital transactions, fund management, and production teams, and worked with non-profit and for-profit developers of affordable housing to resolve issues after closing.

Kimberly holds a J.D., cum laude from Suffolk University Law School (1997) and a B.A., magna cum laude from Boston College (1994).
