Kelli A. Wikoff

Kelli A. Wikoff is a Partner in Dentons' Tax practice, advising on the taxation of mergers and acquisitions, limited liability companies, S corporations, and tax-exempt organizations. She also represents entities and individuals in federal and state tax controversies.

She provides tax planning and consultation to a wide range of tax-exempt entities, including health and human service providers, scholarship funds, corporate and private foundations, and trade associations, advising on governance, applications for tax‑exempt status, private benefit and inurement concerns, unrelated business income tax, and joint venture structuring. Notable matters include representing Unitil Corporation in its US$55.8 million acquisition of Aquarion Water Company of New Hampshire. She also assists tax-exempt organizations with for‑profit subsidiaries, supporting organization qualification and compliance, and other affiliations impacting tax‑exemption.

Kelli holds a J.D. from The University of Kansas School of Law (2006), where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and business manager of the Kansas Law Review, and a Master's Degree in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from The University of Kansas. Prior to joining Dentons, she worked as a tax consultant at Deloitte and Touche LLP.
