Kathryn Maynard Guinn

Kathryn Maynard Guinn is a Partner in Dentons' Commercial Litigation team, based in the Denver office, practicing in Insurance Law. She has experience in complex multi-million dollar financial services and insurance coverage litigation across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina, including STOLI litigation, bad faith and insurance coverage litigation, intellectual property coverage litigation, and fraud causes of action.

Ms. Guinn has also worked on construction matters in Alabama and Tennessee, both in insurance coverage and general claims, and has been involved in state procurement litigation in Georgia. Prior to joining Dentons, she practiced insurance law for a large statewide law firm in Alabama, handling insurance matters in Alabama federal and state courts.

She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School (2009), where she was a member of Moot Court and the Vanderbilt Trial Advocacy Society, and a B.A. from Furman University (2006).
