Kailey E. Blazek Naranjo

Kailey E. Blazek Naranjo is a Shareholder at Dentons Davis Brown, focusing on immigration law for both corporate clients and individuals.

She advises employers on workforce strategy, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa options such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN, and EB-1/EB-2/EB-3 green card applications. She also handles individual and family-based petitions, including adjustment of status, naturalization, and I-9 compliance. Notable matters include facilitating employment transfers for 26 managers to operate geothermal energy facilities, overcoming complex H-1B Requests for Evidence for technology start-ups, obtaining first-time H-2A authorization for specialized farm laborers, and leading corporate I-9 audits. She also assists international entrepreneurs in establishing US businesses and offices.
