Jenny Jiasheng Xu

Jenny Jiasheng Xu is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate practice, based in the Los Angeles office. She represents both public and private companies across diverse industries, handling transactions related to mergers, acquisitions, financings, venture capital, and private equity, as well as general corporate matters.

Ms. Xu has represented AMP.IT, a Blockchain-based video-platform company, in its Series Seed-2 financing led by MAC Venture Capital, and TEA Headsets, a military communication equipment company, in connection with its commercial contracts. She also advises Bright Green Corporation, a public company, in connection with its federal DEA registration process. Prior to practicing law, she immersed herself in the tech industry through internships and work at both early-stage and late-stage venture technology startups.

Jenny holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School (2023) and a degree in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California (2019). During law school, she participated in the RISE clinic and as a certified student attorney represented five Chinese-speaking survivors of a federal human trafficking case, preparing them as testifying witnesses.
