Gail C. Oppenheimer

Gail C. Oppenheimer is Of Counsel in Dentons' Commercial Real Estate practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. She focuses on acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate projects, regularly representing owners, developers, investors, managers and lenders across the United States.

Gail has significant experience drafting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases, office building management agreements, and construction-related agreements. She also has extensive experience representing lenders in real estate-based lending transactions and handling I.R.C. 1031 Tax-Deferred/Like Kind Exchanges, including forward and reverse exchanges. Her practice has also involved representing developers and lenders on golf course projects and representing cellular telephone companies before the Kentucky Public Service Commission.

Gail holds a J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (1989) and a B.S. in Accounting, with high distinction, from the University of Kentucky (1984).
