Gabriela Timis

Gabriela Timis is an Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, representing clients across a variety of industries in complex commercial litigation matters, including transactional disputes, business torts, construction disputes, products liability defense, and financial services litigation. She has experience in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining Dentons, she was an Associate at a multidisciplinary Am Law 200 firm in Naples, Florida, where she handled complex commercial litigation matters.

Gabriela holds a J.D., cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law (2020) and a B.S., summa cum laude, in International Affairs and Russian and Eastern European Studies from Florida State University (2017). Originally from Romania, she is a first-generation college student.

She has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2025) and was honored in Gulfshore Business' 40 Under 40 Class of 2024. She serves on the Advisory Committee of The Uyeno Foundation, Inc. and is a member of The Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Collier County Women's Bar Association.
