Frank Marano

Frank Marano is a Shareholder in the firm’s Tax Department, advising clients on the tax consequences associated with complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on tax considerations associated with their transactions and operations, providing strategic guidance on the structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations. He also represents clients in controversy matters to resolve disputes and negotiate favorable outcomes.

Frank holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University, Beasley School of Law (2016), a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law (2013), and a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Duquesne University (2010).
