Elizabeth Hennessy-Spencer

Elizabeth Hennessy-Spencer is a Partner at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate Services group, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She focuses on banking and finance matters, including collections and creditors' rights, as well as commercial and civil litigation.

Elizabeth has experience in default-related legal services for federal mortgage loans, including foreclosure, workout options, bankruptcy, and related litigation, having been approved by the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). She represents financial institutions and creditors in a wide range of disputes and recovery matters.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2012), where she graduated in the top 30% of her class and competed in the National Bankruptcy Moot Court competition. She also holds a B.S. from Western Kentucky University (2009).
